K.P.'s Truth was born out of my deep love of nature and a desire for me to live authentically.

As a Certified Herbalist I seek to help people through the wondrous intricacies of herbs. With a focus on science and awe at traditions world wide I seek to empower people to compliment their wellness journey with the power of plants and fungi.

As a passionate Colorado gardener with over 10 years experience I love to help people find connection to the earth, passion in the garden and peace in the natural world.

I truly believe that nature is the foundation for our well being. I believe plants are strong allies in our daily lives that have much to teach us and give to us.
