This process will begin with me doing an intake with you to get to know more about what you are looking to achieve with herbs, then I will meet with you over zoom or in person to talk through the process a bit more.
You will receive your own personalized herbal suggestions tailored to your lifestyle and goals along with suggestions about products that fit those needs.
